If you are presenting in the ASCRS-ASOA Annual Meeting, Cornea Day, ASCRS Glaucoma Day, ASCRS Refractive Day or T&N Program, scroll down for detailed instructions by program/session type.

Registration:

All ASCRS•ASOA Annual Meeting Faculty (speakers, instructors, presenting authors, moderators, panelists) are required to register and pay for the meeting. Visit our website at http://annualmeeting.ascrs.org/ for complete registration details.  Register by April 20th to qualify for the Tier II registration rate.

New Speaker Registration Area - All ASCRS, ASOA, T&N, Cornea Day, ASCRS Glaucoma Day, ASCRS Refractive Day and EyeWorld presenters, instructors, moderators and panelists may pick up your registration badges at Speaker Registration, located next to Attendee Registration.  Registration and badge pick-up will not be available in the Speaker Ready Room.

Cornea Day Presenters

  • If you are presenting in the Cornea Day Program, you must upload your final presentation via remote upload by Friday, April 21st
  • All presentations must be in 16 x 9 Widescreen Format
  • Mandatory speaker check-in:  All Cornea Day speakers will need to check in to the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309) on Thursday, May 4th to review your presentation and video files.  The Speaker Ready Room will be open from 2:00-6:00pm on Thursday.

ASCRS Glaucoma Day Presenters

  • If you are presenting in the ASCRS Glaucoma Day Program, you must upload your final presentation via remote upload by Wednesday, April 26th.
  • All presentations must be in 16 x 9 Widescreen Format
  • Mandatory speaker check-in:  All ASCRS Glaucoma Day speakers will need to check in to the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309) on Thursday, May 4th to review your presentation and video files.  The Speaker Ready Room will be open from 2:00-6:00pm on Thursday.

ASCRS Refractive Day Presenters

  • If you are presenting in the ASCRS Refractive Day Program, you must upload your final presentation via remote upload by Thursday, April 27th.
  • Mandatory speaker check-in:  All ASCRS Refractive Day speakers will need to check in to the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309) on Thursday, May 4th to review your presentation and video files.  The Speaker Ready Room will be open from 2:00-6:00pm on Thursday.
  • All presentations must be in 16 x 9 widescreen format.

ASCRS General Session Presenters

  • If you are presenting in an ASCRS General Session, you must upload your final presentation at least 24 hours in advance of the session:
    • Remote upload before departing for the meeting  
    • Onsite upload in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309)
  • You will need to review your presentation and video files in the Speaker Ready Room, even if you have uploaded your presentation remotely.
  • Presenting from a personal laptop computer will not be permitted.
  • Please format your PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 16:9 widescreen format.

ASCRS Symposium Presenters

  • If you are presenting in an ASCRS Symposium, you must upload your final presentation at least 24 hours in advance of the session:
    • Remote upload before departing for the meeting  
    • Onsite upload in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309)
  • We strongly recommend you review your presentation and video files in the Speaker Ready Room, even if you have uploaded your presentation remotely.
  • Presenting from a personal laptop computer will not be permitted.
  • Please format your PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 16:9 widescreen format

ASCRS Course Instructors and Presenters

  • If you are presenting in an ASCRS Instructional Course, you are not required to upload your presentation(s) in advance.
  • If you would like to present from your own computer, there will be connection cables available in the session room.
  • If you are bringing your presentation on a USB stick and plan to use the PC or MAC provided in the session room, we recommend you review your presentation and videos in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309) prior to your session.
  • Please format your PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 4:3 standard screen format

ASCRS Paper Session Presenters

  • If you are presenting in an ASCRS Paper Session, you must upload your final presentation at least 24 hours in advance of the session
    • Remote upload before departing for the meeting
    • Onsite upload in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309)
  • We strongly recommend you review your presentation and video files in the Speaker Ready Room, even if you have uploaded your presentation remotely.
  • Presenting from a personal laptop computer will not be permitted.
  • Please format your PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 4:3 standard screen format

T&N Course Presenters

  • If you are presenting in a Technicians & Nurses course, you are not required to upload your presentation(s) in advance.
  • If you would like to present from your own computer, there will be connection cables available in the session room.
  • If you are bringing your presentation on a USB stick and plan to use the PC or MAC provided in the session room, we recommend you review your presentation and videos in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309) prior to your session.

T&N Tech Talks Presenters

  • If you are presenting a T&N Tech Talk, you must upload your final presentation at least 24 hours in advance of the session
    • Remote upload before departing for the meeting
    • Onsite upload in the Speaker Ready Room (Room 309)
  • We strongly recommend you review your presentation and video files in the Speaker Ready Room, even if you have uploaded your presentation remotely.
  • Presenting from a personal laptop computer will not be permitted.
  • Please format your PowerPoint/Keynote presentation in 4:3 standard screen format

ASOA Course Presenters

  • Speaker Registration: All speakers may register (if not already registered) and pick up their meeting BADGE and materials at the Speaker Registration desk located in the South Lobby.
  • ASOA Course instructors and faculty are not uploading to the AV software system and NEED to bring their presentations with them on a flash drive.
  • The following equipment will be available in each course room: presentation computer (PC and MAC) and 1 wireless slide advancer. If you are using the provided PC/MAC in the session, we strongly encourage you to review your presentation (PowerPoint/Keynote, video) in the speaker ready room (Meeting Room Level, 309).
  • If you are presenting from your own computer, there will be connection cables available in the room.

All ASOA course instructors and faculty are required to register and pay an attendee fee for the meeting.
